The Lake Norman Chamber WINS (Women’s Impact & Networking Series) is one of the Chamber’s most dynamic and well-attended programs, bringing together professional women from across the Lake Norman region for meaningful connection, professional development, and leadership growth.

“June is here, and it’s time to put you first!" This month we’re celebrating small health & wellness wins, because every stretch, sip of water, and mindful moment counts!

We will have some special guests on hand to help us celebrate small health & wellness wins:

Pamela Watson - to discuss dental health and how it affects your whole body. Pam is a retired nurse helping people with their health & wellness journey.

Shay Clark - I am a licensed clinical mental health professional helping individuals better understand and regulate their emotional and mental well-being. In this presentation, I explore the powerful connection between the brain, the nervous system, and the voice. I break down how stress, anxiety, and emotional overload don’t just stay internal—they show up in how we speak, how we breathe, and how we express ourselves.

Alicia Osborn - I’m a wellness advocate and independent LifeWave Executive Director who is passionate about helping others better understand simple wellness practices that may support energy, stress relief, help with pain, sleep, recovery, and overall well-being. My interest in wellness became very personal after my own journey through stage four cancer, where I began exploring more natural ways to support the body. Through that experience, I discovered LifeWave phototherapy patches and was deeply impacted by the wellness support I personally experienced. While I am not a medical professional, I enjoy educating and encouraging others by sharing what I’ve learned along the way.

Pattie Moliver with Moliver Chiropractic will be discussing chiropractic tips for maintaining health & wellness.

We will also have Kerry Tornesello from Miravia as our featured non-profit. MiraVia is a faith based organization that empowers single pregnant college students in need of hope, security and emotional support to meet their educational & personal goals. They are requesting donations such as diapers, wipes, diaper cream, bibs, wash clothes, bottles, toys, etc.

Requested donations: Any baby items: diapers, wipes, diaper cream, bibs, washcloths, burp cloths, bottles, toys, new and gently used clothing size preemie - 2T, maternity clothing, baby gear (including strollers, car seats, pack n play, etc)

Each WINS program features a distinguished guest speaker who brings valuable insights, personal experiences, and leadership perspectives to inspire and empower attendees. Our upcoming speaker will be announced soon.
