(Cornelius, NC November 4, 2025) - The Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce is inviting chamber members and the community to experience Sunny Portugal on a 10-day guided tour from September 24 to October 3, 2026. This special journey, operated by Collette Tours and coordinated locally by Explore More Travel Co., offers a unique opportunity to explore Portugal’s rich culture, cuisine, and coastal beauty—while supporting the Chamber’s ongoing programs and initiatives.

Travelers will discover Lisbon’s charm, the medieval streets of Évora, the coastal towns of the Algarve, and the elegance of the Portuguese Riviera. The itinerary features 13 meals, guided sightseeing, and exclusive experiences such as a visit to a family-owned cork factory, a tasting at a local gin distillery, and a picnic lunch in the mountain village of Monchique. Optional pre- and post-tour extensions are also available to Fatima and Madeira Island for those who wish to explore even more of Portugal.

The all-inclusive package with round-trip air from Charlotte Douglas International Airport is $4,999 per person (double occupancy) or $5,899 (single occupancy) when booked by March 25, 2026. Travelers who prefer to book their own air or use miles can reserve the land-only package for $3,599 per person (double) or $4,499 (single).
