Bill Russell Rejoins United States Junior Chamber of Commerce Foundation

The United Junior Chamber of Commerce Foundation (USJCC Foundation) is pleased to announce that Past National President of the United States Junior Chamber (Jaycees/JCI USA), W.E. ‘Bill’ Russell was offered and accepted a seat as a director of the Foundation. Bill returns to the Foundation after a short hiatus. Bill was asked back for his extensive work in securing interviews of past Jaycee leaders on his podcast "Leadership Lessons.

The Foundation is dedicated to protecting the financial assets, increasing those assets through safe investments and encouraging new and ongoing financial donations. We also provide grants to Junior Chamber chapters, state organizations and the national organization, JCIUSA. We seek grant applications from Jaycee organizations in The United States to better themselves as leaders, their communities and to grow their membership. We are also the custodians and preservers of the 106-year history of The United States Junior Chamber of Commerce.

Bill Russell is a second generation Jaycee from Rock Hill, South Carolina. Russell joined the Rock Hill Jaycees and was elected the 55th State President for the South Carolina Jaycees serving from 1990-91. He went on to serve as National Vice President (NVP) during 1991-92. He was elected the 73rd National President of the US Junior Chamber and served the Jaycees in 1992-93. He served as Junior Chamber International (JCI) General Legal Counsel in 1995 and JCI Treasurer in 1996. Bill is a US Jaycees Ambassador, a JCI Senator, and served the US Jaycees Foundation. Bill Russell began interviewing the past leadership of the Jaycee Organization in 2025.
