The Lake Norman Chamber Women’s Open Networking Group provides a welcoming and relaxed space for professional women to connect, build meaningful relationships, and enjoy coffee and morning refreshments.
Prioritizing You: A Self-Care Conversation
Join the Lake Norman Chamber’s WINS program on Monday, July 8th for an empowering and insightful session focused on women’s self-care—because taking care of yourself is not a luxury, it’s a necessity. In the rush of responsibilities, deadlines, and demands, women often put their own well-being last. This program is a reminder—and a celebration—of the importance of reclaiming time, space, and energy for yourself.
Through meaningful discussion, shared experiences, and expert guidance, we’ll explore practical self-care strategies that support your mental, emotional, and physical health. Whether you’re juggling family, leading in the workplace, managing a business, or all of the above—this is your chance to pause, breathe, and focus on you. Walk away refreshed, reconnected, and reenergized to continue leading with strength and intention.
Our group is open to everyone, with no membership fees, obligations, or long-term commitments required. Whether you’re a stay-at-home mom, retiree, Chamber Ambassador, or volunteer, we welcome your presence. Chamber membership is not necessary to participate, though we encourage exploring the benefits of becoming part of our Chamber community.
Please bring your business cards and name badges to make the most of this networking opportunity. Each month, we feature a guest speaker and a focused topic designed to inspire and educate attendees.
Interested in further involvement? Opportunities for sponsorship, hosting, and speaking engagements are available. For more information, please contact us at 704.892.1922.
Together, let’s connect, learn, and grow—one conversation and cup of coffee at a time!
