Topic: Sizzling Summer Wellness Habits – Stay Cool, Heathy and Happy

Kayla Corbin lives in Davidson with her husband, Trent, 2-year old son, Hayes, and 2 black lab mix rescue dogs, Cash and Balou. 

After over a decade of working in sales, customer service, and marketing roles, Kayla decided to follow her passion of working in the wellness industry and obtained her Health & Well-Being Coach Certification through Duke University in 2023. Upon receiving the certification and embarking on her own wellness journey of self-discovery, Kayla took a leap of faith to dive into her business, Corbin Health Coaching full-time in January 2024. 

When Kayla is not passionately working with clients, you can find her in the mountains on an adventure with family, discovering local coffee shops, trying her best at a yoga practice, and training for her next half marathon. Kayla just became a 2024 Novant Health Charlotte Marathon ambassador, so if you are interested in running an amazing local race this year, make sure to ask her about training plans and registration!
