The Lake Norman Chamber Business Expo is one of our largest opportunities of the year to showcase your business, meet potential customers and connect with fellow members of the Lake Norman business community. This orientation is designed specifically for participating exhibitors. We'll walk through the information you need to prepare your booth, understand event-day logistics and make the most of your Expo experience. |

We'll cover the important details so you can arrive prepared and focus on making connections on Expo Day.
01 Booth Placement & Setup
Learn how booth assignments will be communicated, where your space will be located and what to expect when you arrive to set up. Exhibitors should review the Expo layout in advance and plan to arrive with enough time to have their booth ready before attendees arrive.
02 Exhibitor Rules & Guidelines
We'll review the guidelines for booth decor, displays, setup and breakdown to help maintain a professional, welcoming and safe environment for exhibitors and attendees.
03 Expo Day Logistics
We'll discuss the practical details that make Expo Day run smoothly, including arrival and setup, parking, Wi-Fi access, electrical needs, breakdown procedures and other facility information.
