Huntersville Candidate Forum

The Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce will host a Huntersville Candidate Forum on Thursday, October 9, from 7:00 – 9:00 PM at Huntersville Town Hall. This two-hour session is your chance to hear directly from local candidates, understand their positions on key issues, and submit written questions for consideration.

The forum will be moderated by Justin Ckezepis, owner and general manager of WSIC, and host of Good Morning LKN and Today’s Real Talk on WSIC 105.9FM. Known for his deep community ties and thoughtful approach, Justin will help facilitate an informative and engaging discussion.

Huntersville’s upcoming election features a contested mayoral race and a large field of commissioner candidates. To ensure fairness and equal time, candidates may be divided into groups during the forum.

The event is free and open to the public, and will also be livestreamed on WSIC.com and across WSIC’s social platforms, including Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and Truth Social.
