Self-Defense Workshop

The Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce is pleased to offer an exclusive Self-Defense Workshop for Chamber members and their families. This free, hands-on workshop is designed to provide practical personal safety techniques that participants can use in everyday situations. The session will be led by Nick Hughes, a former French Foreign Legion Commando, professional bodyguard for royalty and rock stars, and best-selling author.

During this two-hour workshop, attendees will gain valuable insight into personal protection, situational awareness, and verbal de-escalation. This is a unique opportunity to learn directly from an experienced instructor in a supportive, engaging environment. Whether you are looking to improve your confidence, strengthen your awareness, or learn simple techniques for personal safety, this workshop offers real-world knowledge you can apply immediately.

Please note there is an age limit for this class of 15 and over
