Description

WINS - A Lake Norman Chamber Women's Open Networking Group. A forum for women to connect in a professional yet informal atmosphere over coffee and morning refreshments. There is no membership fee, obligation or long time commitment (but we know you will want to attend every meeting) Invited are stay at home moms, retirees, Chamber Ambassadors, volunteers - you do not have to be a member of the chamber (of course we hope you will join).  Bring your business cards and name badge. Each month will feature a topic and guest speaker. There are opportunities for sponsorships, hosts, speakers.  704.892.1922   

  This Months featured speaker is Lindsey Fisher with LF Health and Wellness.  23 Swaps for 2023-Small changes for a big impact on your health this year!  23 Swaps, My Favorite Things and Hashtags for 2023.  Lindsay has an article featured in LKN Magazine published in January and she will go into more detail of how making these small changes in your everyday life can make a huge impact on your health and wellness.
